I discovered this firm on Avvo and was impressed by Attorney Geraldine Hartin’s profile and her impressive real estate statistics. Even the “big dog” real estate attorneys in Florida don’t have anything over her percentages and ratings, her firm stands out with higher percentages in real estate. This firm truly deserves recognition as a top choice for real estate law, and a firm to watch for in the future as they continue to grow! As a first time home buyer feeling overwhelmed, I decided to reach out to them… and doing so was one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a law firm. I rarely write Google reviews, however I feel compelled to commend this exceptional team that I spoke with today. Specifically regarding real estate, I spoke with Christine, who provided outstanding support. She patiently answered all my numerous questions with confidence and precision, demonstrating the firm’s efficient and streamlined process. This is a very good sign that this attorney’s, paralegals, subject matter experts and assistants that are capable of handling inquiries independently is a testament to their expertise. Without Christine’s guidance, I might have given up on the home buying process, especially given the challenges posed by some real estate agents lately working with some of the sketchy new construction builders here in Florida. She equipped my wife and I with the necessary tools and legal knowledge to continue our journey. With a background in supporting high level executives and military officials, I recognize efficient workflows, and this firm excels in that regard. In my opinion, a law firm’s success hinges on its efficiency and client engagement. Thanks to the wonderful team I spoke with today, I plan to write another 5 star review to the Better Business Bureau and the state, highlighting their friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude. Over the past three months, I contacted nearly 30 real estate law firms in Florida, and none made me feel as valued as Hamilton & Hartin did. I was never rushed or belittled for my questions. Geraldine's assistant, Amy, was also transparent and pleasant to interact with. I am so pleased with my experience that I will refer all future home buyers to this firm. I definitely would recommend! Geraldine Hartin’s receptionist extraordinaire Sandy, who was an absolute Angel and exceptional, explaining things to me when I walked in with a legal issue that I did not understand. Without giving legal advice, she explained what the documents meant and assisted me with additional resources to contact that would help me make a decision regarding my legal problem. One thing that can’t be measured or overlooked is the fact that she gave me peace of mind on a Friday afternoon so that I could enjoy spending time with my family this weekend and not worry about the issue until the following week. As a result I plan on using them in the future regarding some personal property issues.
Geraldine Hartin is hands down the best of the best. She is excellent at everything she does. I hired her as my family law attorney in 2014 and now she is also the probate attorney that our office turns to first for help. I will always recommend Mrs. Hartin to anyone and you will not be disappointed.
This was a private experience, this is family, they are wonderful. Geraldine Hartin & Sandy, along with their entire office, have been with my husband's family since his mother was alive. Now she (Geraldine) has taking over the dealings of the families trust. I was able to meet her in person today, with my husband. We were able to ask multiple questions and get a lot of answers, previously not clear. Just an FYI, Geraldine Hartin, is not only a great lawyer, but she's also a candidate for the Clay county judge! She's also a really nice person and she's very serious about what she's doing and she is very succinct about answering your questions correctly. As many of you know that following me I am disabled I had a problem while we were there and she was able to help we're just getting white noise so that I could continue to follow what we were doing. That is what I mean when I say she is extremely nice and also she knows what she is doing she is very well read on a full range of issues. So we were very well pleased with the answers that we received so that whenever this trust is complete we know that it is done correctly. Thank you for your time, as always. B
I have known Attorney Hartin for years. During the years, her approach has been excellent and always helpful. It has been a pleasure to know such a proficient lawyer . I always go to her for my legal and real estate affairs.
