! BE AWARE ! I hired Hall's gas to repair the starter valve on my fireplace. The company installed the part in March, a time when the weather in Jacksonville is getting warmer. In October, when I tired to use the fireplace, it didn't work. I reached out to Hall's gas and after about seven months of deliberation they are telling me they are taking my money for the part and labor and leaving me with a fireplace that still doesn't work. They state the part they installed doesn't have a warranty and I will have to start from square one. If you are considering using this company know that they do not stand by their work or their products and you could be left with less money and the same problem. If Hall's won't fix a $300 problem just imagine putting your commercial business on the line with a partner like this. The owner has responded and stated that he cannot control the warranty on the parts that he purchases yet I have found many companies that Supply this piece with multi-year warranties. A company that cannot procure items that have a proper warranty is not a company that you should use
I called Halls because I had a small gas leak under our cook top. The service was phenomenal from talking to Brandy in the office to having Trey come out. The service was prompt, well priced, and they were able to give me peace of mind. Add Halls to your contact list if you have a natural gas home.
Cannot recommend these gas professionals enough! 💯 star service! I initially went with a company recommended by my gas provider to fix my outdated gas logs. They replaced a part that I know now was never broken, broke multiple of my fiberglass logs, and ultimately said the unit was obsolete and couldn’t be fixed. I hired Hall’s Gas to install a new unit, and to my surprise in only an hour they were able to fix my original logs, which now work perfectly. They saved me from the cost of the new unit and the installation. Highly recommend this company who will do right by the customer instead of trying to make a quick buck. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient to answer all my questions. Don’t hesitate to call Hall’s for any of your gas appliance needs!
The most knowledgeable people in the field, have used them for setting up Generac 5 years ago (without any problems), and gas fireplace repair (line clogged) always on time, always kind at a great price!
Thank you for 1. Being professional and caring over the phone. 2. Providing service in an expeditious manner. 3. Having a professional, well trained member of your team come to repair our propane line, 4. Having very reasonable rates. My family was without hot water for a month. When it seemed it would never end, a call to Hall's Gas corrected and repaired our gas line in two days. THANK YOU.
