Hagan Ace Hardware of Orange Park

Just wanted to say I stopped in this morning to get two spare keys for my house and customer service was very good. Not only that they guaranteed that if the keys were right I could come in and have them recut. It wasn't needed because they worked perfect but just the little things that makes buying things a little better. Keep up the good service.

Website and store says they cut keys. No, they only cut keys that they sell you. They claim it's now store policy due to liability. We have gotten copies of our car keys cut with Ace for years, but they changed this policy to force you to buy their specific keys. We could've shown them our registration to the vehicle and license to prove it was our vehicle, like dealerships require, if that is the liability Ace was referring to, but that isn't an option. We didn't even need them reprogrammed as we can do that ourselves, just needed the key part cut. They did cut some car keys a couple of weeks ago and now won't. Don't waste your time.

Ace aced it. Very knowledgeable gardening guru, SeSe (Seline). Ask for her to help with your spring garden. You won't be disappointed.
