Excellent customer service, staff is very friendly and always helpful. I like that they're not pushy. Most of the time I know what I need and where it is from frequent purchases. The only reason I give four out of five stars is I wish the live plant and flower section was larger. Are there any future plans for making it larger? I work in Mandarin near the Ace Hardware there and their plant section is simply amazing.
Every time I walk into Ace Hardware, I’m greeted by some of the most welcoming and genuinely helpful people. The staff actually takes the time to help you find what you need instead of just pointing down an aisle and disappearing like a magician at a kid’s birthday party. Whether you have a simple question or a full-blown DIY crisis, they’re patient, knowledgeable, and always friendly. It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back
What separates Ace from a lot of other stores is the incredible staff. This store in particular has some of the best customer service you will find anywhere. I have never had a bad experience here. They are always very well staffed, and are very knowledgeable of where everything is in the store. This makes finding what you need fast and easy. The store is consistently clean and everything is pretty well stocked at all times.
I’ve visited many Ace Hardware stores over the years, but Hagan Ace Hardware is a step above. As an out-of-towner, I was impressed the moment I walked in. Between the friendly welcome, the great store layout, and the knowledgeable associates who listened to my needs and personally escorted me to the right items, my visit was incredibly productive and stress-free. A perfect combination!
Bruce was absolutely wonderful in helping us find the best weed and feed product for our yard! It's very obvious he values customers and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. We love our GCS Ace Hardware ❤️😁
