Hagan Ace Hardware

Great place to shop, close by, easy in and out. The associates are the best. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all helpful. Sometimes items are a few pennies more, but who wants to drive 10 miles to the box store where you wonder around 20 minutes trying to find help. They're right when they say "ACE IS THE PLACE".

James A and Johnathan saved the day. I was working on finalizing a major project. Client wanted mulch from this particular location in her area . First visit in the garden center was ok. However I had purchased the wrong mulch. Upon returning I went back through the garden center and the person who assisted me wasn't so friendly this time. Not only did she not understand what I needed she was very sarcastic. As a retired member of buisness management for twenty three years I take customer service very serious. I bypass her the next time. I asked James if he could take me to another person to complete my purchase because I didn't feel comfortable going back through the garden center . He took me straight to an angel. Johnathan took great care of me . I appreciate the guys loading my products. And finalizing my purchase. They should be recognized for outstanding customer service. Thx again from a retired DM

Love Hagan Ace! Everyone greets and smiles at you and asks if u need help. Love love their gift boutique! Always can find a beautiful gift ( candles, fancy stationary, cute napkins, baby and toddler gifts, dresses, pjs, purses, tableware, jewelry and so much more) for anyone and always for myself 😂 Place is great for shoes, clothing, bird stuff, make a key or grab some garbage bags! They have everything, easy one stop shop 😁

Today was my first visit to Hagan Ace.... It was a wonderful first visit mostly because I wandered into the gift shop and was met by a sales person named Cyd. She made my trip worthwhile. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and mostly ... The part I liked the best ... Friendly! I will be back to enjoy another shopping trip to Hagan.
