Returned an item purchased 3 weeks ago.unused and with a receipt they wanted to give me a ace gift card because I didn't have the original debit card used to purchase because it was stolen. Either way they received their money in a day or so possibly sooner. There was no reason they could not give me cash back for what was bought.i could have understood if I didn't have a receipt where I bought it.but my wife went in and they gave her the cash.
This Ace Hardware store was enormous. First of all they had everything I was looking for. They had a great supply of fishing equipment, I love to fish by the way. They have a drive thru lumber yard that is very well stocked. It was like going to Disney World for me, I was in total shock with I saw all of the different stuff they carried. I am definitely going back when I have more time just to walk the aisles and see what all they have. Plus the staff were extra helpful and friendly.
Pretty good experience I had here especially because this is the only hardware store in town. We’ve got that actually sells the fluorescent light stuff where I was able to install these light fixtures.
Jen in the garden section is absolutely amazing! She’s helped us every time we’ve gone in there. I’ve been putting together our first ever chameleon enclosure and boy, was she helpful. She helped with plant types, drainage and even how to set it up. 10 stars all the way around! This is what she helped with.
It’s so nice there. Fully stock and even had exactly what I wanted.
