I was suffering from severe leg pain for about three months when I started going to H2 Health Center. Van was my PT professional. I call Van “the healer” he has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and effective in alleviating my pain. I’m grateful to have found H2 Heath Center. I can actually walk with little to no pain in less than a month. My problem was L4, L5, and S1 pinched nerve pain. I’ve had 3 back surgeries the past 30 years, this time Van helped me get better with no surgeries! I recommend visiting the center and checking it out for yourself, if you’re in pain. Nicole is the lady who greets you, and she is very nice as well. They both make me feel very comfortable, which helps me get better.
I can imagine where I would be if I hadn't been led to H2 Health, with Alex and Liz. Thier knowledge and experience shines. The genuine personalized care, I received has helped my healing progress even quicker due to the detailed homework assignments, I was given. Even if I struggled in the process they were there to encourage and instruct to help me accomplish the goal of my body to mend. I know I have made lifelong friendships through this recovery with Alex and Liz and I forever grateful to them! They have seen me at my worst and want them to be there for my best. I very highly recommend Physical Therapy, and I give my approval to Alex and Liz for being the best in this field, to everyone I meet that is asking me about Physical Therapy. Thank you to H2 Health, Alex & Liz for all of your time, patience, and unfailing support!
Great experience through 11 weeks of rehab therapy. Every person I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough as we progressed together. I had not heard of them before my orthopedic doctor recommended them. Great call.
The care at H2 Health is extremely focused on us, the client 🙏 From beginning and continuing through all the sessions and any follow up, I found expertise, compassion and the personal touch throughout.
