From the start of my physical therapy appointment, I did not feel welcomed or comfortable. The instructor, who I believe was named Robin, appeared reluctant to work with me. Her body language suggested discomfort and disinterest—minimal eye contact, closed-off posture, and a general lack of engagement throughout the session. She did not make any effort to build rapport, explain the treatment plan clearly, or show empathy for my condition. The overall tone of the appointment felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel undervalued as a patient. A physical therapy environment should be supportive, attentive, and respectful, and unfortunately this experience was the opposite. Due to how uncomfortable and uncared-for I felt, I chose to discontinue treatment.
This is my first experience at H2Health for PT for my shoulders to lessen the pain and discomfort from osteoarthritis. Robin is wonderful. She's patient, has a kind and calm demeanor and after 4 visits I can feel a definite improvement in my shoulder movement and pain level. Pretty much every minute of PT is spent with movement and no down time. She's very attentive to her patients' therapy and that means a lot. Amanda at the front desk is also very pleasant and thorough making sure we have everything we need - paperwork etc - before we leave. Thank you!!
This round of PT was excellent as always. The diagnosis by Robin was spot on. The care plan that Jared and Robin set up was varied, challenging, and helped strengthen the muscles. Amanda at the front desk dealt with the dreaded insurance competently. I highly recommend having PT done here. You won’t languish forever. They set a plan and get you in and out as promised….As long as you’re willing to do your work at home.
Everyone there was amazing and made me feel like family. Jared and Robin are some of the best PT's i have ever had. Amanda was running the front like a champ and mad sure i got in when i needed. Thank you so much for taking care of me..I was actually sad when I had to leave on my last appointment .
The entire staff at H2Health was just a dream to work with as I recovered from my knee surgery. The therapists Jerrod and Robin were very attentive and informative and made sure that my progress was on track. Amanda was always pleasant and helpful in scheduling my visits. The overall atmosphere in the office was cheerful and inviting. I highly recommend the Ortega office for physical therapy and post operative care.
