My husband has been going to H2 for several months now after receiving therapy at home for over a year. He has a spinal cord injury and we thought he’d have to go into Jacksonville to receive the specialized care he needs. Boy were we wrong. H2 has been an answer to prayer. They are a group of highly skilled professionals with hearts of gold, right here at home. They work diligently with him and have him up on his feet learning to transfer and walk again after a year and a half of being bedridden. My husband loves going and has made more progress in two and a half months than the entire past year. They really care and it shows. We are so grateful and blessed to have found them. We can’t want to see where he goes from here.
The therapists at H2 Health in Macclenny are great. Sure unfortunately they are unintentionally in the business of creating a little more pain than what you may have started with. They also try to make it a fun time, so you don't mind going back. My first week was torture I was in pain for most of the weekend, but now this is week three and each time I get my physical therapy the pain has decreased a little at a time. My knee is feeling a lot better. Thanks to the gang. God bless you all and keep up the good work.
I’ve been working with Stacie mostly. She is very knowledgeable and has given me different tips for improving my walking and climbing stairs. She always is mindful of my back which I have had trouble with. She always teaches me safe ways to exercise and how each exercise is aimed at what muscles and how to develop stronger muscles and improve my walking and allow me to stay independent and living on my own. What a blessing she has been!! Highly recommend H2 for any physical therapy that you may need
Stacy and all the staff here are just wonderful, very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you feel better!
