Horrible customer service! Workers need to be FIRED. Always claim to have system issues, never give’s a call back regarding quotes after multiple call attempts.
Great Company! Very professional and knowledgeable. Rusty explained things in detail in order for me to fully understand and never tried to sell me a policy that was over kill. Started out with an Auto Insurance Policy however now H R Insurance writes multiple policies for me, a company you can trust.
Contacted Frashamar regarding a quote over 16 days ago and have yet to receive a quote after multiple times reaching out to her via calls and email.
