  I had a very frustrating experience with GulfStream Design. After reaching out for a project, they provided an estimate, but when I was ready to proceed, I sent two emails over two weeks with no response. I even left a voicemail but didn’t hear back. I eventually drove to their office to inquire about my emails, and they apologized for missing them. We signed the agrement there and both parties fully executed contract there and we scheduled a meeting to discuss the project, but the head of the company, Matt, was unwelcoming and spent the entire meeting on his phone. During the meeting, he mentioned the need to adjust the quote due to the lack of a public sewer system, but I was shocked to find that the new agreement they sent me had doubled the original price. I’ve followed up multiple times via email to understand this significant price increase, but still haven’t received a response. I feel misled and am now considering legal action. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
