Gucci - Jacksonville

Tyrone was our salesman. Very patient and allowed us to explore our options and didn’t hesitate when asked to change and compare prices due to making a large purchase. Second visit better than the first. Birthday weekend going very well due to excellent customer service.

If you go to Gucci Jacksonville, see Alith. Her expertise makes shopping easy & pleasurable. My shopping experience was exceptional. It's always a goal to find what the customer is looking for and get a solution.

I was very blessed to be able to purchase a new watch here today! Chelsea graciously helped me select a nice timepiece for my mother. I came back on Saturday to have the watch adjusted. Robert and Gary were really helpful in getting some links removed. I enjoyed my time here and loved the customer service I received. I hope the staff here continues to provide excellent service!

I visited this location a few weekends ago and was helped by Gary. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He took his time showing me multiple items and made it a great experience. I'd definitely reccomend this location for their exceptional customer service.
