Grumpy's Restaurant

I have lived in Jacksonville for so many years and just this month I finally got to eat at Grumpys. They have a few different locations. I ate at the one at the beaches and the one in Middleburg within the past two weeks. 🥚🍳 I love breakfast and so I had breakfast options both times. The omelette was amazing and they even have gluten free toast for those of us that can’t eat gluten. 🍞 Each of my friends had something different as well and they loved the food but couldn’t quit raving about the cinnamon rolls and tuna melt. If you are visiting Jax or live here, this is the place to go for the best breakfast and brunch in town - imo.

This visit to Grumpys was phenomenal 🥰 Sandy was our waitress she is soo sweet very informative and she spoke highly of this establishment and the specials for today. The food was 10/10 On the menu was a cuban sandwich which i had with coleslaw 'this was the bestcuban sandwich Ive ever had.Sandy mentioned the meat was slow roasted All day! Love was most definitely in this food! The coleslaw was amazing and i had a half waffle which was top with slice cheesecake graham cracker crumbles and a cherrypie drizzle then coffeee was a freshly brewed vanilla fl coffee which was awesome 👌 this restaurant and the staff made our breakfast brunch absolutely phenomenal. We loved everything! My sister even had a blueberry mimosas 'My hubby had a madwrap which consisted of ham' bacon' sausage onions 'peppers and tomatoes. My nephew had chicken n waffles now we have food for later. Tremendous absolutely Amazing. Also the ladies bathroom is spacious and clean very nice.

Every time my family and I visit it is a wonderful experience and today was no exception! Our order came out, hot n fresh, surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. It's no wonder this restaurant is one of the most beloved in town! We all loved our dishes, especially my breakfast wrap(pictured) and the strawberry cheesecake waffle(was gobbled up faster than the camera could snap)! Our server Rita is a SUPERSTAR and so sweet; she really took our dining experience to the next level and I cannot say enough good things about her! Thank you Rita for making our day and being a true delight!

Grumpy’s in Neptune Beach absolutely lived up to the hype! The food was incredible and the atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting from the moment we walked in. The servers were friendly and made the entire experience even better. We were even given $5 Grumpy bucks since it was our first visit. The chicken and waffles were hands down one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve had in a long time — three HUGE pieces of perfectly seasoned fried chicken that were crispy on the outside and unbelievably moist on the inside and paired with fluffy waffles. I added fresh strawberries. The meal included a side of Dave’s hot honey and berry butter. Every bite was amazing. The country fried steak and eggs were just as impressive. The steak was crispy, tender, and covered in rich, flavorful gravy with perfectly cooked eggs and crispy hash browns on the side. You can tell Grumpy’s pays attention to both quality and presentation. Great food, generous portions, excellent service, and a cozy modern diner atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
