Grow Therapy

My therapist is absolutely great!!! From the first time I saw Billie Beech-Mavrantzas I knew I was in the right place and finally with the right therapist. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

I will start by saying the therapist I had my session with was great. However, their billing is very suspect and borderline insurance fraud! They will list one cash price for the provider, and then billed my insurance over 4x that amount which in turn I had to pay for my deductible. The provider even said the bill seemed incorrect. Their billing team is either clueless or a bot because they were repeatedly sending the same nonsense answer. BEWARE!

Terrible service. They censor reviews for the therapist's benefit, preventing the public from seeing real client experiences. I contacted Grow about the same issue, and they kept me waiting after Grow confirmed it had been censored. The review contained no personal information or insults, just a negative experience mentioning the therapist's lack of professionalism, ethics, and respect. Customer support then refused to respond further, so I escalated the situation to BBB, which is more efficient than complaining about poor service and censorship from this or any other company. If Grow responds to this review, I should contact them. I already did, and I received indifference via chat, being ignored, and false promises from the staff over the phone. Before leaving this review, I tried for two days to engage in dialogue and get an explanation, but there was no availability or empathy in even one response.
