For about 50 bucks we got 6 birria tacos, a box of birria nachos, and 2 jarritos sodas. The meat to cheese ratio in the tacos was perfect, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the meat was cooked incredibly with a ton of flavor. The box of nachos was filled to the top, enough to split between two people. The price is 100% worth the value and the service was incredible. The man who served us was very kind and respectful. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area.
We had lunch at Gringos Tacos during our mini-moon and it was honestly some of the best tacos we’ve had. We ordered the birria quesadilla and a shrimp taco — both were absolutely amazing. The sauce on the shrimp taco was so flavorful and everything paired together perfectly. The birria quesadilla was delicious and the dipping sauce made it even better. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service and atmosphere were both great, and we loved the overall vibe. We seriously wanted to go back the next day because it was that good, but didn’t have enough time. It’s already on our list for our next visit when we come back for our one-year anniversary!
Was driving around catching up with an old friend. We kept asking each other where do you want to go get something to eat and she brought up these guys. I told her I had never been there before. When we got there it was pretty laid back. It was 8pm on a Tuesday. The girls were really nice. Originally I wanted a steak burrito but they had run out of steak so I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Cheyenne went out of her way to make the island sauce for my quesadilla. She just told me it would take a little longer but that was fine. That gave my friend and I more time to catch up. On e the food was done Alicia brought it out to us with a smile on her face. I normally can eat a whole quesadilla by myself and I wish I could have finished this one because it was good. (And I'm picky) The salsa was perfect and the queso was good. I normally don't like queso because it's too spicy. But this stuff was authentic. Every other "Mexican" place I have been to tries to hard to make everything spicy. But this stuff wasn't. It was just right
On the little gringos menu, the steak quesadilla was delicious and filled my stomach . It was hot, but not spicy at all if you are sensitive with spice and was evenly filled with the cheese and steak. The steak was a little chewy and not for sensitive teeth. Our server was kind and happy and the atmosphere felt like you were in an authentic taco joint. The Birria taco was fresh and filling too.
I stopped by to get some Birria tacos and guacamole and chips. The far the most waste of $40 I ever spent. The tacos were just thrown together, I should have known from the greeting or lack one. The guacamole was just plain terrible, don’t waste your hard earned money or time on this place.
