This place has a great view if you get the two seats out front like I did. But other than that, inside is absolutely nice. It’s a thin style building inside, so there’s good seating and absolutely delicious food. Got Mac daddy grilled cheese which was super tasty. And then the poutine was like being back in Canada. A++++ I’ll be back next week lol
⭐ 4 Stars – Great Grilled Cheese Spot! We stopped by Grilled Cheese Gallery for lunch and really enjoyed it. The grilled cheese sandwiches were awesome and tasted great. We tried The Country Boy Mac & Cheese Sandwich and the Asian Cowboy Sandwich, and both were delicious. It's a great spot for lunch or even a quick afternoon pick-me-up when you're looking for something satisfying. Unfortunately, they had run out of soup when we visited, which was disappointing because we would have loved to try it. That's really the only reason we're giving it 4 stars instead of 5. We would 100% come back to try some of their other sandwiches. If you're visiting Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, this is definitely a great place to stop before or after your visit. Great sandwiches, fun combinations, and definitely worth trying!
This place is just great! The atmosphere is cozy and whimsical, the food is delicious and creatively presented, and Willie is terrific! This sophisticated grilled cheese bar brings out your inner child while the culinary combos present fun and unique experiences for your taste buds! Highly recommend this lil gem in historic, downtown St. Augustine!
Michelle and Willie make an AMAZING gourmet grilled cheese! The atmosphere was a quiet relaxing getaway from the busy streets and the food came out fast! I ordered the Chesterfield off their menu and my wife and I split it- it was THE BEST. MY WIFE VOTED 10/10. This is her first time in St. Augustine so we’ve been trying a bunch of different places and she said this one was her favorite by far. After our meal we asked Michelle some questions about local attractions and she was very helpful and friendly!
Small spot to catch a bite to eat. I recommend the poutine. There was a straight and crinkle cut fry on them. The grwvy had a roast beef flavor which was really good. I got the original and my cousin had the lobster routine. She gave the lobster one a 6 out of 10. Said there was not enough lobster and it was a bit more liquidy than she wanted. I preferred the original however I would have liked to have seen more cheese curds on there. We didnt get the grilled cheese however it came out to a table by us and had lots of meaty cheese coming out of it.
