Gretchen's Hallmark Shop

Been buying wigglitz at this store, with my daughter, 10 for $20 as stated on the signage, every weekend this past month (same price at Orange Park Mall). Today I bought 11 of them (20 + 2.99 = 22.99 plus tax $24.71) but an employee kept ringing up the transaction over $31 I brought up that the total was too high, but she argued with me so long that a line of customers piled up behind me. I finally stepped aside to let everyone else pass. When back at the register, she continued to tell me that she had to “ring it up that way”. She then walked over to the 10 for 20 sign and peeled it back to reveal an older sign with a higher price and said “someone must have just put up ” referring to the lower price sign. Then proceeded to ring me up at the right price with a code on the receipt that says “10 for $20”. However, she remover the lower price sign and left the higher price sign up for the next kid that comes through the store.

The people who work here are nice and helpful. The store is clean and has so much to offer.

I absolutely love and cant get enough of my local most go to Hallmark store. Melissa has such a fun and engaging team that always makes sure to go out of their way to make all their customers feel special. Love the connections that they make with everyone that comes into the store. Not to mention the way the store makes hallmark ornament premieres so fun by always having a specific theme for each release is such a nice touch. Other stores should take a page out of what this store is doing because it is always so memorable.
