The manager, who's name is Jenifer, lies to people on the phone and also people in the store and says they do not have Needohs in stock, when they do. We were at the store today and saw Jenifer bring a box of Reindohs and set them behind the counter. Then we listened to Jenifer tell someone on the phone that they do not have any Reindohs. Then my 9 year old niece asked her if she had Reindohs (because we saw Jenifer put the box behind the counter) and Jenifer told my niece no. My niece sadly chose a different toy. We went to a different store and we're walking past this Hallmark on the way to the car and saw people walking out with Reindohs. So we stopped back in, and the box of Reindohs was now on top of the counter for sale. The manager, Jenifer, is very rude and apparently decides to only sell to people that she likes.
