Literally some of the nastiest women. Two women were so unpleasant and just nasty for no reason. First woman was taller grey hair and the other was short with glasses. BOTH were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I think the one shorter with glasses was a manager. Literally ruined my day.

The lady answering the phone was very short and unpleasant when I was trying to check availability of an item in their store. She eventually just hung up on me and cut me off while talking. Will not be shopping here any longer. I figured when calling hallmark I would be treated with a little more kindness and respect.

I have been coming to this store for several years. In the last few months most all the nice,friendly, and helpful ladies are gone. I asked and was told, “They no longer work here”. Those ladies made the store a pleasure to shop there. Ladies like Donna, Gina, Teri, Jan, Barbara are the ones I remember. One lady still there, Sandy thank goodness is still there. The store is a mess with partial merchandise left in boxes in the aisles. The cards are missing envelopes, staff is often no where to be found. Gift bags and gift wrap are not neatly displayed. The previous manager is gone and since she left the store has changed. Please bring her back. I asked to speak to the “new” manager, sadly at 2:30-3:00pm I was told “she is gone for the day. She leaves early”. Several of my friends have also made comments about how the store has changed, the previous staff is sadly missed. We agreed we will find a different store to shop. It is a shame the owner doesn’t realize how much his store has changed
