The staff at Greenway Kia Avenues was professional, frendly and addressed all of my concerns, which made the whole process easy. Donald assisted with all my needs during the delivery of my new vehicle. From setting up the app, walking me through the settings and answering all my additional question. Overall, we had a mixed experience during the leasing process at Greenway KIA at the Avenues. Most of the negotiation was handled through text messages, which unfortunately led to some misunderstandings between different staff members. That said, we want to recognize Albennes for the excellent customer service he provided. He was friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and genuinely apologetic whenever issues came up. He did his best to address our concerns and made us feel valued throughout the process. Despite the communication challenges, we did leased the car, and we appreciate Albennes’ dedication to making the experience as smooth as possible.
