This place is the best! Dr.Shaeffer is so kind and explains everything he’s doing as he goes. He’s super efficient but also very thorough. After not going to the dentist for 10 years I was really scared to go back but he made me extremely comfortable and is getting my teeth back to healthy. The hygienists are always super friendly and the receptionist Raquel is reason enough to choose Greenland Dentistry. She is so nice, really welcoming, and remembers both my husband and I after one visit. They are always happy to accommodate our busy schedules and they even let you text to book appointments. Overall 5/5, going here is the first time I haven't dreaded the dentist in my life.

i’ve been seeing Dr. shaeffer for quite some time and I have never preached to so many people about my dentist. He is so good and really does his best to make you comfortable. Best dentist I have ever been to by far hands-down. I have gotten most of my friends and my friends kids to go there and they are all absolutely pleased with the service that they get from Greenland Dental.

Dr. Winston Shaeffer and his staff made sure every need was met. They made sure I, the patient, was comfortable, to be notified of any discomfort at any time (of which there wasn't any tbh), and the office was immaculate and staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They explained every step thoroughly before proceeding and would inform about the reasons, causes, benefits, et cetera, about everything. Just an absolute ly pleasant experience. I would GLADLY look for any reason to visit because it was so pleasant. Anyways that was my experience. So what are you waiting for, book an appointment and get a CLEANING already!!! 'Nuff said!

After moving from Chicago, our family spent a year searching for a trustworthy dentist in Palm Coast. After 2 negative experiences with clinics in Palm Coast pushing unnecessary treatments/using scare tactics, finding Dr. Shaeffer was a breath of fresh air and a huge relief. He is a genuine professional who only recommends absolutely necessary procedures. We’ve had fillings and crown replacements here, and the quality is excellent. They are accommodating with various insurances and, despite the 1 hour drive, the honesty and integrity of this practice make it completely worth the trip. Highly recommended. Also, The lady at the front desk - Raquel is super sweet, very responsive and personable. This is the kind of dentistry that is welcoming, family friendly, effective and cost-efficient without any compromising on care.
