I would not come back to Greenberg dental. The staff were nice and the procedure I had done was quick. However, the said they don't take dental insurance for my type of procedure which was not true. So I had to submit my claim after the fast and it has taken almost 1 1/2 months and it is still not resolved. It is being held up by their terrible call centre/call centre customer service. The headache of this situation along has solidified my decision to not go here again. I will also not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Joseph Cannon is the only name you need to know. I’ve been putting this off for a long time because I was honestly scared. This is your smile and your face, and that’s not something you trust just anyone with. Dr. Cannon is extremely talented, very straightforward, and actually listens to what you want. He doesn’t sugarcoat things, which I respect. I went in this time for cosmetic work and even though we’ve only done the scans so far, I already feel confident I made the right choice. There was no pressure and no upselling, just honest guidance and a clear plan. I’ve had a great experience with him before and he’s the one I trust with my dental work. If you’ve been nervous like I was, this is the place to go.

I had a great visit with Dr. Cannon and the team! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was amazing—friendly, organized, and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand my insurance and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I was also impressed with how prompt and efficient everything was; I was seen quickly and the visit moved smoothly without feeling rushed. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend Dr. Cannon’s office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I am switching dentists. The San Pablo location called me to cancel my appointment today, only 3 business days before my scheduled appointment. This appointment has been scheduled several months ago. I had to get off work early and miss some pay for nothing. The woman who answered the phone said the doctor will be at a different location today so that is why they had to cancel. I told her they should have given me at least 2 weeks notice. My kids have gone to 3 different Greenberg offices and we have always had issues with the office staff calling last minute to reschedule. This is a huge inconvenience and affects my pay since I have to get off early just to get to appointments. I will find a new dentist. I've been putting up with their incompetence for too many years.
