I went into my root canal appointment yesterday absolutely terrified because of a bad experience at another dental office. I never imagined I would leave with a completely different outlook on going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The dentist did an incredible job and made the procedure far easier than I ever expected. A very special thank you to Mr. Charles for encouraging me to trust this office—you were absolutely right. And the biggest thank you to Mr. Farhad, who stayed by my side from beginning to end, making sure I felt safe, comfortable, and reassured every step of the way. He even walked me to my car afterward to make sure I got there safely. That level of kindness and compassion meant more to me than I can express. Thank you to everyone at the office for turning what I thought would be one of my worst experiences into such a positive one. I truly appreciate each of you.

Neurodivergent person here. Hate everything that happens in the dentist office. Then, I had a dental emergency and had to go to a dentist. My insurance company (federal bcbs) listed this business and it was close to home. I have to say I volunteered that I was neurodivergent when I called. The level of respect, care, and kindness I received from the staff was truly exceptional. Not once was I uncomfortable in a situation where I am traditionally very uncomfortable. After the visit, I felt a little foolish about the level of anxiety I displayed before the appointment. My follow up appointment to fix the problem was made quickly and every step of the process was explained. Overall, highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I have never like the dentist. I have always felt judged, and that the dentist did not look at me as a patient but rather a dollar sign. Dr. Hasona really cares and takes the time to explain procedures and do what is best for us. I never feel judged and cannot recommend this place enough!

Dr. Bryce Gabler deals with both his patients and assistants INAPPROPRIATELY. My very first appointment is when I noticed his grotesque attitude against his very own staff, my second appointment it was ME, a 23 year old Active Duty Veteran who pays every penny out of pocket, who felt his wrath. He dismissed the concerns I mentioned with snarky remarks and even made the comment “No more freebies” as if the service I’ve received there was in any capacity, free for me (all the while still in my mouth). I got up feeling uncomfortable, ashamed and discriminated against as a young black woman. Never in my life have I ever been to an establishment where I paid to be disrespected, and I will never again. Do not come here if you are of color. He does not value you. I feel bad for the people who work there honestly.
