Appointment was at 10 there was only two people in the lobby yet I didn’t get pulled back until 10:35. X-rays some how took another 30 minutes by the time 11 hit they told me to have a good day but I was there for a cleaning 😵💫😅 they ended up fitting me in but to be honest the cleaning was crazy rough and everything was just disorganized and weird ended up leaving at 1130 but got there at 9:50. My biggest complaint though is how awkward the room I’m going to post was…. other patients were walking through my room back and forth…. Very awkward.
Dr. Vibhuti Garg is by far one of the worst dentists that has worked on my tooth. I went in to get a cleaning and was advised that I had cavity's and need some feel ins. Allowed her to do 2 fill ins at the same time. Went home the next day and was in pain. Called the office to advised that I believe something isn't right about my tooth and she had me to come in to do an X-Ray just to turn around and tell me she needed to fill in the tooth some more. When she re filled my teeth for the 2nd time the amount of severe pain I have faced is crucial. It hurt when I chew and bite as if a nerve was hit. I went to an Oral surgeon for a second review. Come to find out my tooth had got infected and a large cavity was not fixed that was supposed to be fixed during my fill in. Now I'm having to have a root canal, be placed on antibiotics and steroids because of a missed diagnosis. My son has also had a fill in on his back tooth, and he complains that it hurts as well, the dentist does not know what she is doing, I didn't realize she has been only doing this for 3 years, I don't recommend her at all. Worst experience ever.
I had an almost perfect visit. The environment and setting was different and the service was great! I was not expecting the service I received. Just awesome staff and Dr. Victor Young, took cate of my needs. Thank you.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Refusal of Service and Denial of Refund I am writing to formally document an incident that occurred during a recent visit to a dental office in Jacksonville, Florida. On Tuesday afternoon, while traveling for work, I experienced a dental emergency when the cap of a veneer tooth fell out. Due to a scheduled business meeting, I sought immediate assistance at your office as a walk-in patient, requesting a simple temporary reattachment of the cap until I could return to my primary dentist in Colorado. As I did not have insurance, I paid $89 upfront using my credit card. After waiting approximately one hour, I was finally seen by the dentist. During the brief interaction (approximately two minutes), I explained my situation and specifically requested a temporary solution only. The dentist insisted that I undergo X-rays before any assistance could be provided. I clearly communicated that I did not wish to proceed with X-rays because I was traveling, did not intend to establish ongoing care at your office, and only needed a temporary fix. The dentist responded that she could not provide any treatment without X-rays. At that point, I informed her that I would seek care elsewhere and requested a refund, as no treatment or service had been provided. My request was denied, and I was told the charge was for “the service,” despite the fact that no treatment was rendered and assistance was refused. The dentist then left the room without further explanation. All what they had to do is to glue the cap that fell off back to the tooth or refund the money since they rejected the service so I can pay another dentist to get it done . Unbelievable, It's all about the money!
The dentist’s conduct during my recent visits was highly unprofessional. I initially came to the office for a routine cleaning and was informed that I had three cavities, which was surprising given that I had not had any cavities in over 10 years. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the recommended treatment and had three fillings completed at the end of 2025. As of March 2026, two of the three treated teeth were still causing pain when chewing. I returned to the office several times to address the issue. During my visit on March 13, 2026, the dentist informed me that I would need to be referred to another provider. Before she would examine my tooth or begin any procedure, I was presented with paperwork and told that I had to sign it first. When I asked questions about the document and expressed concerns about what I was being asked to sign, the dentist became argumentative and raised her voice in front of other patients. I found this interaction to be inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice. Edit: Dr. Vibhuti Garg is the one I saw. Never again!!!!
