Sold us a Subaru with a busted radiator and a rusted frame. Handed us a dangerous vehicle so be careful with them. My fault really for not looking farther into it
I bought the 2011 Nissan Altima test drove it the A/C very cold the outside paint color was no scratch or dents and the inside was very clean & everything t works. Will he sold me the car gave me all the details about the car gave me a really good deal. Thank you Will for your great customer service…IF you need a car go get it from Green Light Automotive !!!!!🚙💯
I've driven 2 vehicles from Green Light Motors within the past 5 years. The experience was friendly and professional. All questions were answered in an honest way. I'm looking forward to purchasing a 3rd vehicle soon because the pricing is very reasonable.
Im giving 2 stars because the dude who sold me the car was friendly. Lets start with ive only had this car for about 2 weeks now. I had been a victim of an accident last month and really needed a car so that i can go to my dr appts as well as take my dog to his upcoming vet appointments. I had been looking for a decent car with decent mileage and good on gas. When i saw this 2001 ford focus with only 117000 miles i figured it was meant for me to get it after waiting a couple weeks and seeing nothing remotely the same for the price. That being said i wish i had waited. When i test drove the car the engine light came on and it was a little shaky however there was barely any gas to do the test drive and when i informed him about the light he coded it and said it had something to do w/ the gas cap or something. Im a female that knows little to jack about cars so i said okay and bought the car for $3500 ready to put gas in it and get driving. The very next day, my car overheated. A couple days after that my gas pedal went limp WHILE i was driving. Thats something i never experienced before. Like ever and it was terrifying. My ac stopped blowing cold. I got some coolant&antifreeze yesterday because i had none in my car after looking under the hood. I filled it completely up and thankfully my air started blowing cold again and my car didnt overheat. Today, i was pulling out if the gas station and noticed my steering wheel wouldnt budge. At first i was like “ did i not crank my car up all the way” but i did. I had to call on all the powers that be to turn my steering wheel and make it home. Thankfully i wasnt far. Once i parked i opened up my hood to see it smoking and all of the fluid i put in the car yesterday gushing out to the ground. I cant do anything but cry. There is not warranty on the car its buy as is. So he up $3500 and im stuck once again without a vehicle. A fresh coat of paint isnt going to fix a car thats messed up. Now im back in the same position i was in a couple weeks ago and out of my $$ to get a replacement car. Edit: i had a mechanic look at it and my serpentine belt was old and worn and snapped causing the power steering issue as well as me loosing all my coolant. Once fixed, my car went back to normal. The throttle body is starting to go out slightly but the car is driveable. It needs a tune up and the air & cabin filters changed out. Past that the car is fine as far as the transmission & alternator goes. I would say if you do decide to get a car from here, expect to put some more $$ in to give your car the tlc it needs to perform at its best. I still wish i had waited because i dont have $$ like that to sink into the car to get it to where im comfortable driving around alot, but it will do to get me to where i need to go. Update: HE NEVER PUT THE TITLE IN MY NAME
Went to test drive car… this was more of a go cart to be honest. Car went to shaking and cut off. Engine was shaking and he said that’s normal. Bottom of car had some type of bonding stuff on it. Got to light car went to shaking pulled into store car cut off and had a rattling noise. If I had of known this was going to be a Mario go cart I wouldn’t have drove almost two hours to look at this car. I asked if it was any issues up front and was told it was none. It had a code on the dash and wasn’t the mileage that was advertised. Four hours I wasted to go cut off at a store in Jacksonville. 😒
