I do so miss Dr Bateh- one of the best dentists and people I know! However, Dr. Balaji is very nice and also seems to be a good dentist. Today was my first visit with him, but I felt quite comfortable and to be in good hands. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Thank you for the great service!
I have been a patient at this office for a few years now and loved it when Dr Bateh was there. He has since retired and the office is under new management. I went recently for a routine cleaning where they also performed an X-ray for their new records, something I didn’t ask for nor given any prior notification of. No mention of the additional costs until it comes time to pay, and a 3% surcharge for using a card. When I confronted the office manager of my discontent over the additional charge when I thought I was just coming in for a routine cleaning, I was informed it is just their corporate policy and their is nothing they could do. Shopping around other offices in the area and found an office that meets my needs. I called to cancel all future appointments and to get my X-rays. 24 hours later and still no release form to authorize them to send them to me. This office is apparently in practice of dropping the ball on customer service and not meeting the needs of the people that pay their salaries.
There may be new faces but there are also familiar faces. Dr. Balaji is kind and professional. I enjoyed my first visit with him and look forward to seeing him in 6 months.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really great service. The Doctor is outstanding. My first time there and a really terrific experience. All are friendly are caring. Reasonable cost.
Atmosphere is pleasant, the Hygienist is kind and gentle with your service. Christian oriented who shows love for their patients.
