Smart friendly and good at what they do. They will get you out the fastest because they know the right people and have been around for a long time.
I called this business on 2/25 at 7pm, just trying to getting some information about getting my family member out. The way the man spoke to me on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me like I was beneath him and he made me cry. I’ve never been to jail and I just wanted information, but he was just so nasty and mean for no reason. I understand that as a bail bondsman you may not have the best clientele, and you deal with a lot of people in desperate situations, but to talk to people like that is sad. I wasn’t expecting for him to be nice and friendly, only a professional. It does NOT cost money to treat people with respect. And to be demeaning and rude over the phone with someone who is just trying to work with you is diabolical. People like this are going to continue to miss their blessings from God, and I hope our community doesn’t give you another red cent.
Wish I could give em no stars. Not helpful at all. Stuffy and rude presence. Could barely look me in the eyes. Made ME feel like I was a criminal when all I wanted to do was post bail for someone else. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else but here.

Afraid to bond someone out on a misdemeanor charge. He never even asked me anything about myself. Not only do I have the cash but a car title. Said he was worried about my friend showing up. Thank God he's not a mortgage or insurance underwriter. We would all be screwed. Oh the phone call lasted about 2 minutes before he got scared. Save your money go somewhere else
