Great Expressions Dental Centers - Twincourt Trail

I just wanted to update my review since bringing my teenager in. She had a couple cavities and Dr.Musso fixed them today. She was a nervous Nelly going in but the doctor and her tech calmed her down! I recommend her to all my friends ! I went in for my new patient exam. Everyone was so kind. I had to switch dentists due to a move - Dr Musso and her lovely staff had such a great bedside manner !They answered all my concerns. I definitely recommend this office to all my co workers, family and friends!

Tiffany, the hygienist is so caring and very thorough. She takes the time to explain what the treatment will be like. The dental assistant was also very professional and caring. I’m very satisfied with today’s visit.

What scam of a dentist office. I made the mistake of picking an insurance where this office is the only provider in network within a reasonable distance. I showed up for my first appointment and after a lifetime of having great remarks from dentists and having healthy teeth with minor issues I was suddenly a severe gingivitis patient. I was presented with a "treatment plan" that showed a gingival rinse for all four quadrants. On the order of $188 per quadrant, almost $800 total!. I was told that since they identified me as having gingivitis this was a medically required treatment and that "no insurance plan covers this treatment". I attempted to refuse and they told me that they would refuse to provide me any cleaning without the treatment. In the end they dropped three of the four charges "to be nice" but still provided the treatment which was simply mouth wash in a non sterile syringe lightly sprayed onto my gums. I went to a second dentist afterwards for a second opinion who told me that they could not find any reason to diagnose me as an individual with "Severe Gingivitis". Avoid this dentist at all cost.
