Service unmatched! From the receptionist to the dentist, Dr. Tran, this office truly went above and beyond. And let me just say Office Manager Tee deserves a seat next to God in heaven! That’s how incredible she was. Tee initially stepped in to help resolve an issue that actually came from a mistake at another location. From our very first conversation, she took ownership of the situation, immediately contacted the doctor, and got the ball rolling to make things right. The level of professionalism and care she showed was amazing. Then Dr. Tran personally called me back and made sure my daughter’s needs were taken care of. I was already impressed at that point. But it didn’t stop there. The morning of our appointment, I was honestly frustrated because of an unexpected balance for the services needed. Having dealt with similar situations at other dental offices before, I was literally ready to walk out. That’s when Tee did something I’ll never forget. She stepped out from behind her desk, put the “office manager” title aside, and had a genuine heart-to-heart conversation with me. Her compassion, patience, and willingness to listen completely changed the moment. For once, I felt like someone truly understood where I was coming from and together we reached a resolution that worked. When it came time for my terrified daughter to get numbed, Dr. Tran and Tee were right there helping through the process, showing patience, kindness, and care the whole time. At one point, I was sure they were going to not service us as my 11 year old, scream as if, someone were killing her! Not at all! They literally explored all options until something finally worked! Even if that meant calling in other members to aid them. Thank you to Cedric and the other young lady who came no hesitation! As a parent, that meant everything to me. This experience was truly 10/10. Great service, genuine compassion, and a team that really cares about their patients. I’m so grateful for Tee, Dr. Tran, Cedric, and the whole team for turning what could have been a stressful day into a positive one. Highly recommended!
From the front desk to the office manager, the lady that did my x-ray and the Dr. This was my first time in years to a dentist and I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and nice and I really appreciate that. They made my dental appointment very loving And made me feel very comfortable. Thank you ladies so much!
Had an emergency with a dislodge crown. Tried my usual office but they had no openings for a couple of weeks. So I called the Normandy location and they could get me in within a few days. Dr Deshaydia Boykin DMD was great and so was the staff. They were very welcoming and professional. Dr Boykin, the dental assistant and I had a good laugh at one point which made the process that much easier. Definitely recommend this location if you have any dental needs.
It has been a long process. A year in a half to get the dentures. I got them today . I over paid and every time I go it is a different excuse about me getting my refund. I was told today that they have to wait 30 days for the insurance to process the claim and then they will send me my refund. The office manager Tee was there and the insurance has already paid all the benefits for my policy this year. It has been a different story every time. I will wait and see how long it takes for me to get my refund. If I owed them they want there money up front. They want even see you if you don't have the money to pay.
Sondra Tragesser-Thompson Appointment June 10, 2026 I was greeted at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner! There was no wait time for my dental cleaning and my dental hygienist was Danin. I hope I have the correct spelling. This is my second time with her and she is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and educate, which is so important. She does a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She is also professional, pleasant and so kind. I also spoke to Latosha at the front desk and she has a warm and welcoming smile. I failed to ask the name of the other young lady in the office, but she was also pleasant.
