Great Expressions Dental Centers - Jacksonville Southpoint

My experience at Great Expressions Dental Centers’ Jacksonville Southpoint location on October 12, 2026, was extremely disappointing. While the dentist who treated my son was knowledgeable, kind, and professional, my interaction with Faye, who identified herself as the office manager, was quite the opposite. I experienced what I felt was dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional communication regarding my son’s previous dental services and payment history. When I requested to speak with the office manager, Faye stated, “Oh, that would be me.” After I expressed concerns about her professionalism as a manager, she responded, “Well, you don’t have to come back.” Following this encounter, I independently contacted both Tamaya Dental Care and Humana Dental, who confirmed records of my son’s previous dental services and payments. I also appreciated Robin’s initial assistance, although I became concerned about inconsistencies in the information communicated toward the end of our visit. As a parent advocating for my child’s healthcare, I should never leave a dental office feeling dismissed or unwelcome. I have formally submitted my concerns to corporate leadership and hope this experience leads to greater accountability, professionalism, and respect for all families.

Faith and Sherry are amazing. Faith (front desk) is helpful and friendly and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. Sherry was very knowledgeable, takes her time with you, and ensures comfort. As someone that avoided dentists for years from insecurities, I cannot tell you how great they are.

Been here a few times for a root canal, temporary crown and then permanent gold crown. Dr. Kahn is amazing, he gives very clear and transparent advice, and all of my dental procedures have healed wonderfully. The front desk team has been so kind to me, I will absolutely be returning for more dental work and look forward to it!

Had an appointment in the morning for exam and x-rays. and had cleaning done same day in afternoon.. Faith was great as the receptionist. Robin did a great job doing my x-rays, Dr. Khan was through in explaining to me what needed to be done and Sherry did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth!!
