The staff is very professional, courteous, caring and pleasant! Dr Mantegari is very, very skillful and does an Awesome job. All is explained thoroughly and questions are answered truthfully. This is my second time there and they have remained the same as mentioned. I recommend a visit if you need that type of dental professional.

Unfortunately, I have to change my opinion about this place. I had an appointment the day before my procedure and everything went very well, so I initially gave 5 stars. However, my experience on the day of the procedure was very different. During recovery, I was still heavily sedated, but I felt rushed and pressured to wake up before I was ready. I did not feel that my recovery was handled with enough patience or care. My companion in the waiting room was not properly given or verbally explained the post-procedure instructions and was simply told everything was written on a paper inside the bag. I was also prescribed three medications, but only one (for pain) was clearly explained. The other two were not explained at discharge. Later that day, I received a follow-up call and asked again, but the staff member was also unable to explain what those medications were for, which left me confused. Overall, while the initial visit was positive, the care and communication on the day of the procedure did not meet the same standard. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience in the future.

The visit was without incident. The staff was courteous and the doctor was professional. They made me feel comfortable and pain free. I would definitely suggest these folks for your dental surgery needs.

I had an evaluation today. I feel very comfortable moving forward with the procedure. Dr Mantegari and his staff took their time to make sure I had a clear understanding of everything. He has placed three implants for my nephew and he just can’t say enough good things about him. My stress level is a lot lower now!!
