Great Expressions Dental Centers – Heath Pediatrics

Great experience overall! The staff was kind, professional, and took great care of my child during the visit. My only concern was that parents aren’t allowed to go back with their child, which was a little uncomfortable for me. Other than that, the experience was smooth and the care was excellent.

Ms Ashley and Ms Erikka were amazing with my son and so funny and kind! They truly keep the place afloat! he loved them so much and they made him smile :) he is ready to return

I was looking for a dentist for my daughter. I was very happy with Great Expressions, especially the Pediatric office on Heath Road. The area where teeth cleaning were done had multiple dental chairs. There was plenty of room for parents with chairs along the wall. This made my daughter more comfortable. She recently had a filling done. I wasn’t able to go back with her, but they made her feel comfortable and it didn’t take long at all. All services had a price print out before service, so no surprise billing. I definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this office for young children, especially toddlers. The staff’s behavior toward pediatric patients was very poor and disappointing. Their approach lacked patience, care, and basic understanding of how to react with young children. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I hope they seriously improve how they treat pediatric patients in the future.
