The staff here is all very friendly!! My nephew is Autistic and they did a wonderful job with him. Thank you to all the friendly staff especially the wonderful lady that helped keep him calm you were wonderful! 4 years old and still has amazing great teeth. I'm so thankful for that and for Great Expressions Dental!!

I went in as a new patient for a checkup, and Dr. Santos and the whole team were very kind and knowledgeable. They did a 3D scan and x-rays, and I was able to see everything myself as they explained things. The x-rays and analysis of each tooth were also sent to me, so I could read more details and see treatment recommendations. The analysis showed a score for each tooth, and it was very easy to understand. Great technology, great staff, great experience 😁

Shady billing! DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE! Now they forced me into a deep cleaning before working with my cavities, but they also took all of my money and are still sending me a bill for what I already paid. Lack of transparency in the office, lack of transparency in billing, lack of transparency in addressing actual needs versus upgrades, even after getting a $3000 deep cleaning, I have a mouth filled with cavities, worst experience ever! I will never return and I’m calling corporate immediately

Made an appointment for 1:00, arrived at 12:40 and despite handing in the new patient paperwork by 1:10. I was not called back until almost 2:30, an hour and a half past my appointment time. The dental hygienist then pressured me into immediately making a decision on saving or removing my damaged tooth and when I asked would not give me any real pros or cons comparison between the options and despite the dentist himself coming in all he said was that they don't know how much a root canal would be since endodontist do those and left. Extremely disappointed by the service but the receptionist was nice and gave more information on the procedures then the actual doctors.
