I had a great experience at this office today! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm and helpful. There was a lady that helped me with my paperwork and then payment plan, she was so sweet 🙂 i cant remember her name. The young lady who took my X-rays was great too — made the process quick and comfortable. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain my X-rays and treatment plan, which I really appreciated. My hygienist was fantastic — patient, gentle, and understanding, especially since I was nervous going in. The whole team made what could have been a stressful appointment feel manageable and made sure I understood every step of my deep cleaning process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dental office that actually listens and genuinely cares about their patients. Also everything was done pretty quick which surprised me, i was able to get part of my cleaning today and the other part was scheduled for next week. I will be bringing my daughter here aswell for her routine dental work!
I'm very pleased with the professional services I received at Great Expressions Dental Center. Everyone from the doctor, dental assistant and administrative staff were wonderful. I didn't experience any pain at all and was informed before my procedure of what to expect. It was actually a great experience. I strongly recommend this dental office to everyone.
The receptionist Bobbi Toombs and Dr Lovely Doctor were absolutely amazing! She was kind and helpful and he was very professional and helped me get through my cleaning. Would recommend Great Expressions on Blanding to friends/Family for sure.
What happened to professionalism???? Not sure when the atmosphere of The Cedar Hills office took a turn for the worst but I am extremely disappointed by the front desk staff. At any time it is NOT okay to have inappropriate conversations about your baby daddy drama.. how your kids get on your nerves and can't wait for your parents to pick them up... How you're sick of your job.. or how you feel about certain patients parents when they leave the office. Most definitely it is Not okay under any circumstances to use profanity... How do I know all of these things you ask.. I heard all of this from the lobby while I waited for my children to finish their dental appointment.. my children have been coming here since the age of five never have I ever experienced such unprofessional and ghetto treatment the way I did today.. This occurred July 11th 2026 around 3:50.. THE PARENTS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED IN THE BACK.. AND YOU ARE HURRIED OUT OF THE DOOR AND ARE TOLD YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TEXT MESSAGE.. it felt very cold and impersonal Really upset with my experience
My daughter's tooth chipped while she was ice skating, and it was two days before her birthday. I was in a rush, and in the city we were living in, I couldn’t find an adequate appointment. I found this clinic in the insurance directory. The front desk was responsive, and the doctors were warm and easygoing. Even though it was almost the last appointment, she completed the filling, and you can’t see the difference. It is precisely and beautifully done. Appreciate the entire team.
