I came in to see if I would need a root canal. The process was quick. I was seen less than 5 minutes after I arrived. Tara took the time to make sure that I understood what I needed to do moving forward. She made me feel valued as a patient. This experience was a lot better than my initial experience at the Fort Caroline location. I was reluctant to come.

I wanted to write this review because of the great experience I had. First of all the staff was amazing and office was clean. I wanted to thank Tara for making me feel comfortable and at ease for my procedure. I have been to many dentist and Tara was one of the most knowledgeable dental techs I have come across. I would not hesitate to come back to this office.

I came in for my dental CT scan today and unfortunately left feeling uneasy about the experience. I left feeling disappointed with the doctor’s bedside manner. She did not introduce herself, seemed rushed and lacked compassion or concern which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. She offered a treatment suggestion without explaining it clearly, and I didn’t feel confident moving forward based on that interaction. She also made a dismissive comment about the previous work done, which felt unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as I am a medical professional myself. I did bring this up with the front desk and support staff, who on the other hand were very warm, kind, attentive, professional, and even acknowledged my concerns about the doctor’s demeanor. It was clear they were aware and empathetic, which I appreciated, but I hope the patient care experience with the doctor improves — especially in such a sensitive area of treatment. I hope this feedback helps improve future patient experiences, as the rest of the team clearly cares.

We love Dr. Sherrill, Tomeka and all the staff here. We began a braces treatment plan for our son and then moved away. We return by driving from two states away so we can finish the plan here. It's worth it.!!
