Great Expressions Dental Centers - Baymeadows Ortho

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Doeste for my one wisdom tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous going in, but she made me feel completely at ease. She was so calm, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process and that really helped ease my anxiety. This office was able to get me in just one day after my referral was sent over, which was amazing with the time line I had. This entire staff was wonderful, especially the lady at the front desk, she was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience even better.

In case you came to this business to review the pediatric side, you might as well leave the reviews here because clearly it looks like they intentionally did not put the pediatric side of this building as its own entity like the other three sides that show on Google maps. And now I understand why. They had to have known that it was going to have little to no stars or positive reviews. I had to go through a back-and-forth with them the first time because they went to charge me for a visit that we did not show up for and I wasn't made aware of the charges until I was receiving notifications that it would be sent to collections. After chasing them down I finally got it settled but today I had an appointment with my son at 8 o'clock and we arrived on time. Waited for about 40 minutes before I went to the counter to let them know that he had another appointment that was very important he made it to. I was then told what sounds like they made an appointment for us to essentially be a walk-in. I don't know about anyone else but that makes absolutely no sense and it seems like manipulative business practices to get people in the door to fill in whatever gaps they may have in the day. I immediately called another business to go with. Save yourself the headache and drive a little bit longer to be taken care of better.

Always a great experience here. They always make my daughter feel relaxed when getting her braces adjusted or color changed. Would definitely recommend to any age

All my kids have been seeing Dr. Loveena Rastogi for the past year; she is an amazing dentist and Great Expressions is lucky to have her! Dr. Rastogi is very patient and treats her patients with gentle care which greatly eases anxiety and makes their dental visits a joy, I can only say positive things about their experiences with her... I also have to add that that the Dental Assistant Presleigh is another great asset to this office! She has made their cleaning experience nothing but fun and easy as well! The front office staff are great and treat me as a parent in a very professional manner.... I highly recommend the Baymeadows Golfside Office, its the entire staff that makes a place great!
