Cookie cake was fresh and delicious!! Highlight of our farewell party ❤️ Preet (our cookie designer) was great to work with and made the design exactly as requested (despite the odd request 😂) Will definitely use them again in the future!
First, the cookies and ice cream taste good along with great service. Second, I lost my phone and Praveen let me use his phone to call mine to help me find it. I eventually found it but the customer service was fantastic.
I wrote a vague customization description and they knocked it out of the park. I am absolutely thrilled with how my cake turned out. Bless the person who decorated it.
Picked up this cake today… so disappointed. We’ve ordered these cakes for years and never have we ever had such atrocious handwriting. Not worth $50. This looks nothing like the high standard that Great American Cookie has been known for over the years.
Customer service was extremely disappointing. The cookies were stale and hard, and the employee was on the phone the entire time instead of helping customers. I even asked for the cookie to be warmed, but it was still terrible. I don’t understand how it’s acceptable to serve something that hard and clearly not fresh.
