A very negative experience. I was charged an extra $200 because no one told me I cannot put more than 100lbs of stuff in the car since I am moving cross-country, the driver is an independent contract as far as I can see and did not make dropping it off easy because he is personally taking it off the semi truck and driving it to the house and then had to be given a ride back to his semi truck...not his fault, he is the middle man in all of this. GAAT did absolutely nothing to help the situation, I will never use these guys and filed a complaint with the BBB.
