Randall and his team did an amazing job! Night and day difference on the plant bed cleanup and mulching. They were professional, communicated well, and I would definitely recommend!
I would not recommend this company. The owner was rude, disrespectful, unaccommodating, and communication was extremely poor. When I raised concerns about the quality of service and asked for the work I was paying for to be properly completed, Randall Boughton response was, “You’re not the customer for me.” That response alone speaks volumes about the level of customer service. Since hiring this company, the quality of my grass has actually gotten worse, and weeds were allowed to cultivate and spread widely throughout the lawn. Weed identification and control were ineffective, and I was told I had goosegrass when I was actually dealing with other weeds as well. Cleanup was also consistently poor, with grass clippings, leaves, and mulch left throughout the lawn after service. I hired a professional lawn-care company to maintain and improve my property, not watch it progressively decline while paying for service. Between the deteriorating lawn, uncontrolled weeds, poor cleanup, lack of communication, and the owner’s disrespectful attitude, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
"Reliable Lawn Maintenance without the worry!" "I recently moved here and have been using Grass on the Grow since we moved in. Randal and his team are hardworking, punctual, and always do exactly what they say they will. It’s a relief to have a lawn care company that is so conscientious and easy to communicate with. Highly professional service at a reasonable price!" Highly Recommend! A+
I’m very happy with Grass on the Grow. Randal came the day after I contracted and they mowed the next day. What I’m really happy about is that they do it all- weed, fertilizer and pest control. And they are very reasonably priced.
Call Grass on the go when I could not get in touch with my previous lawn guy. Randell came the very next day to provide a quote. They came when they said they would and did an outstanding job.
