**Don’t trust the 5 star reviews. They use a tactic to get you to post 5 stars to get fees waived. Our experience at Grand Cypress has been extremely disappointing, and we would strongly recommend looking at other apartment options before signing here if you truly want the “luxury” living. Before move-in, management was friendly and helpful. After moving in, the attitude changed completely. Interactions with management have often felt rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It feels like once they have your lease signed, resident concerns are no longer a priority. One of the biggest issues has been ongoing excessive noise from the apartment above us. The floors/ceilings seem very thin, and noise carries constantly. We raised concerns multiple times, and the only solution offered was for us to pay additional money to transfer units instead of addressing the actual problem. There are also clear examples of inconsistent enforcement. Some issues are ignored for long periods, while other minor matters suddenly become a priority. It often feels like management picks and chooses what they want to care about depending on the day. Property upkeep has declined as well. Landscaping has gone downhill, there have been exposed hoses around doors and throughout parts of the property, and general maintenance standards do not match what was presented when we moved in. !!! The front gate/security gate was represented as something that would be repaired shortly after move-in, yet it has remained broken. That means the community is effectively open, with no real gated security despite how it is advertised. It’s been almost a year, so don’t plan on it being fixed anytime soon. We have also had appliance issues, including problems with the dishwasher and laundry washer. That was never fixed. We submitted our request and finally after two weeks, they said our dog was not kenneled so they could not come in… we were never notified of when they would be arriving. From speaking with other residents, it seems we are far from the only people frustrated with management and overall living conditions here. (To verify, just check all their 1 star reviews) Overall, this community has been more focused on collecting rent than actually improving resident quality of life. We will not be renewing our lease. Counting down the days till we are gone.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Grand Cypress! From the moment I walked in, Mr. Janiel Laureano, Leasing Professional, made me feel welcome. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with spacious floor plans and great amenities. I truly appreciate Mr. Laureano’s outstanding customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Grand Cypress to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had an outstanding experience working with Diego and McKenzie throughout our apartment search and leasing process. From the moment we toured the property, they were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Diego took the time to thoroughly show us the community, answered every question we had, and made us feel confident that we were making the right decision. McKenzie was equally amazing during the leasing process. She was responsive, organized, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and seamless. What really stood out was how genuine they both were. They never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the process. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they truly care about providing great service to future residents. Because of Diego and McKenzie, moving into our new apartment has been an exciting and positive experience from start to finish. If you’re considering living here, I highly recommend working with them. They are a huge asset to the leasing team and absolutely deserve recognition for the exceptional customer service they provide. Thank you both for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience!
I had a great experience touring Grand Cypress. The property was beautiful and the customer service was amazing. Mackenzie was so sweet and helpful and made the whole leasing process easy and stress-free. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. I really appreciate how smooth she made everything and would definitely recommend Grand Cypress!
We have lived here since close to opening, truly love it here moving from South FL. Everyone here has been kind. The amenities are beyond amazing, the staff here is so kind shoutout to Elise and Mackenzie whom been here since we got here so we love the stability. Gym has everything you need. Close to all the great things.
