Laura helped coordinate our cleaning and she was kind, professional and helped immensely. She also found a price that worked for our budget. Monica did our cleaning and she was lovely. She paid attention to detail and truly listened to our needs. Overall it was a great experience.
I am property manager in the Jacksonville area and have been using Gracious for many years now. They have consistently been on the money for me over the years and are always paying attention to details on their cleans. We have them do all types of cleans from major deep cleaning to a standard house clean. They charge a fair price and are always honest and wanting my feedback on their cleans as well. I could not recommend a more honest and trustworthy cleaning company in the Jacksonville area.
I am a real estate agent and have used this service several times. The property I listed recently went under contract on the first day, The house looked amazing due to their hard work.
I couldn't be happier with the outstanding cleaning job Darla and Gracious Property Cleaning did for my move-out! Every room of the house was spotless, from the gleaming bathroom fixtures to the pristine kitchen appliances. The floors were immaculate, and even the window blinds were dust-free. The house looked and smelled fresh and clean the moment I walked in for the final inspection. Darla was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and enthusiastic—true to her word. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and I will definitely use their service again!
Nicole and her team at Gracious Property Services have been wonderful! They did a great job deep cleaning a home that was ready to go on the market. They really made the place shine! They are prompt, professional and a real pleasure to work with. I will be using them for all of my future cleaning needs. I highly recommend this Dream Team!
