Wonderful Physician and wonderful staff. Everyone there is 'one step ahead' and I have had a great experience. IMO I have received the correct level of care, not over-tested but the few times 'the next step' has been necessary, everything was explained. I have been a patient for 10 years at least, likely longer, and never considered changing physicians. .
I tried to book a sick appointment and they required me to take an at home COVID and FLU to test with a negative result before they would see me. Also, they have terrible bed side manners from previous visits. Dr. Diez seems to be on her way out, retiring soon and it shows.
Everything about this office is 5 star. Calm environment. Friendly staff, Candy is amazing. Minimal wait times, and amazing practitioners. Meg is fantastic and treats me like family. I feel very comfortable speaking with her about my healthcare needs. I am very thankful to be a patient here.
A special shout out to Kandy, at the Baptist Primary Care office in Jacksonville Beach, she is an integral employee in that office with an exceptional caring demeanor! Thank you for all you do!!!
Dr. Diez-Hoeck is amazing. She quickly diagnosed a serious condition I had that I was clueless about, made sure I immediately got the followup I needed and she and her staff stayed on top of the situation regardless of work hours. She is a true medical advocate who treats you like she sincerely cares about you.
