I'm so impressed with this company! I had an issue with their website, they wrote back in a super timely way, and had it fixed in a couple of hours! I feel like I'm jaded from customer service not working well with other companies: not so with this one! Super impressed and thankful!
I had a great experience with customer support. I was having a small issue and reached out to them and they not only responded in minutes but had already fixed my issue. Many thanks.
They don't take phone calls but will just redirect you to "support" and wont reach out. As a software director in this space; this app sucks. Texas will prop to get rid of you.
We had some issues to be resolved, the support team was always quick to respond, friendly, professional, and clear. I really appreciated that. Their team had a solutions based mindset, wonderful service all around. Everything was resolved in a timely manner. Strong work overall.
I emailed customer support (using their contact form) for assistance with syncing GotSport with US Soccer and someone took care of it and responded within a few hours. I am so appreciative of their prompt response and resolution of the issue so that my kid can compete this coming weekend. I am so appreciative that they took care of an an urgent issue so quickly.
