I made an appointment with these guys and had to cancel. They didn’t get the message and still showed up. They were disappointed, which was totally understandable. But..they were totally professional and kind. I think when things don’t go right sometimes it shows the true character. So I haven’t worked with them yet, but if you’re curious what happens if things don’t go right. My experience tells me they are good guys.
Austin did a fantastic job helping source parts and fixing my boat trailer quickly. My trailer wheels were locked from very badly rusted brake pads, calipers, and rotors.
