Beware when you hire this company to build your home. The owner, John doesn't pay his (sub-contractors) you know, the people that actually do all the work. Several sub-contractors have been burned and lost a lot of money because of this company. Instead of paying what is owed, John Gorham will hire another company to come in and start on the same project that the other person hasn't been paid for.
We have done work for Gorham for many years now, and working with them has always been an absolute pleasure. The owner has been quick to resolve any issues that we have had, and there really have been very few. Also, they have always been prompt when paying us. We highly recommend this company to everyone.
