Five stars, excellent customer service, honest and reasonably priced. I had my 2020 LTZ towed there after it stopped running. I had previously gotten off a private lot in south fl. Ended up having tons of issues. I had a broken ac belt, bad battery and starter bad bower motor, and they found the oil leak. I was updated all along the way each day it was in the shop and they had it done in 3 days. Great customer service and I will definitely be returning with my wife’s car, she is having emission issues. I highly recommend this mom and pop place! Support your local businesses and don’t go to this shitty chain repair shops.
It has taken me a moment to write this as I needed to find the perfect way to express our experience. We had an issue with the CV joint on our Equinox and they diagnosed the issue and found we had a bearing going bad in the rear. They were amazing on the service and the customer experience was top notch. They took care of us and our vehicle and earned our forever business. I cannot recommend anyone more than I can recommend Gordon's. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Mr. Gordon and your amazing crew!!! Seriously go see them for your auto repairs!!! You won't be disappointed that you chose them.
Needed my coolant housing replaced for my Mazda 6 and my car was overheating incredibly bad (had no idea what the issue was originally) I had a friend send me here and absolutely I’m going to be recommending this place to everybody else. Clear transparent and professional communication and amazing prices for what they have to do wish I could give more stars
Honest, ethical, professional, accurate. Very fair prices. They don't do any work until you tell them to go ahead, and if they find another problem while working on your vehicle they still won't correct it until you give them permission. We've been taking our vehicles to Gordon's for 30 years, and have always been treated with honesty and integrity, and their work is top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
Great shop, took my truck there twice, and is currently being serviced for a rear main seal leak. First time I took it to have my ac vacuumed out so I could replace my own compressor, the mechanic helped me diagnose everything just to find out that my problem was a bad relay. Saved me 200 dollars for buying a new compressor and sure enough my ac has worked to this day. Thanks Gordon. For being honest and fair. I look forward to see how my f150 turns out this time around
