The resellers who shop here are ruining thrifting here. They take and grab everything and hoard it. I don’t know why this is allowed. They camp out there all day and wait for new carts to be brought out and take everything. I decided to look at the cart once all of them were done and everything was gone. The things that were left, I was looking through were snatched out from under me from a reseller. Like I’m not allowed to look or something and they own the carts that are brought out. This used to be a good thrift store but yall are allowing these people to ruin it for your normal average customers. You watch them do this daily and camp out on the furniture and do nothing. They shouldn’t be allowed to hoard things in their carts while they go and see what everything is valued at and if it will bring them any money.

If I could give no stars I would. I was rang out by a cashier with blue hair ( i did not catch her name) While she was ringing me out she kept asking me for my opinion on if she should buy cat food and toilet paper or a Michael kors purse she had sitting on the counter, well I didn't give her an answer and by time I left she double charged me for an item and of course I paid cash. I'm hoping it was an accident but feel I was scammed out of the money instead 🤷🏻♀️ I dont live in the state and was only visiting so going back for my money wasnt an option.
It’s a very clean organized Goodwill. But it’s overwhelming with Clothes. I would think lowering the prices to move. Some of those clothes would be a great idea. Some things are a little pricey. I walked out buying nothing. But maybe you will find something.
Stopped by here briefly after seeing their Japanese neighbor up the street. It's a Goodwill which tells you most of what you want to know. Found this one perhaps a little nicer than some others I have visited. We walked around a bit though we didn't buy anything today. I appreciated the people who asked if we needed any assistance. Everyone seemed very polite.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this Goodwill for thrifting clothes—maybe for furniture, but not clothing. I spent about two hours here and left feeling overwhelmed. The clothes are not organized by size, only by categories like “sleeveless tops” or “long sleeves,” which makes it almost impossible to find something you like that also fits. It actually gave me a headache. I understand that organizing by size may require more effort from staff, but it would significantly improve the customer experience and likely increase sales. While I was there, I spoke with other shoppers who felt the same way. Several mentioned how frustrating and confusing it was, and even said they remembered Goodwill locations being organized by size in the past.
