Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center - Oakleaf

I often don't come to this location because of the rude workers and customers, but I came to look at their books and I wasn't really bothered one bit, when I got up to the cashier (which her name is Ann or Anne idk how to spell it) she was very sweet to me. I was my normal self worried and nervous BC I just always had bad experiences but she was very sweet. I hope she gets what she deserves in life 🫶.

Every time you go to this one there is a short haired white woman who is their favorite who sits on the couches and waits for the new stuff to come out and gets handed things from the employee before anyone gets to look at anything. I realize she spends alot there as she is always bragging oh I spent only 100 today um ok but we all spend money here. She is rude if you try to look at any of the stuff and rolls her eyes with the one female employee who brings the stuff out when anyone tries to get near the new stuff until she can go through it for her online sale business. Can we make things fair and not play favorites?

This may be the most packed out GW I've ever seen! Definitely great for a treasure hunt. Very populated as well on the Saturday I went. Honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed by the huge selection and tightly-packed items. You will find what you need if you're patient and willing to spend some time. Happy thrifting!

If you want the opportunity to meet some of the rudest ladies in the world shop at this Goodwill location. I don’t know why they hate their job so much but maybe it’s time they find something else to do because customer service is not their thing. The guys are always so nice, but the ladies are down right miserable. I always find cool stuff wine I shop at this location, but by time I make it though the grumpy ladies slamming stuff on the shelves and the rude cashiers I feel drained of all happiness.
