Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center - Mandarin I

This place is organized and has a great selection of clothes. I wish they sorted the clothes by size, though. The prices have gone up, but you can always find a 40% off sale. Oh, and they have a drive-through drop-off option too!

Last week, I bought 20 items—including shoes and clothing—for my 8-year-old son because there was a 40% discount; however, the discount was never applied at the register, and I was charged adult prices for more than half of the merchandise. The customer service and respect shown to the customer were very poor. I was left disappointed. I am attaching a photo of the receipt and the name of the person who assisted me—she is very bad at dealing with customers.

This is one of the nicest Goodwill stores I’ve visited in Florida. It’s clean, well-organized, and wasn’t overcrowded when I went. It’s a great spot for finding home décor pieces. I also really appreciate that they have fitting rooms—that’s a big plus. The only thing I would suggest to management is organizing the clothing by size. Right now, items are only sorted by category, which makes it much harder to find pieces that actually fit. Adding size organization would make the shopping experience so much better. Overall, a great location with just one area for improvement!

Best goodwill in southside Jax!! I always find good quality pieces of clothing here and it’s very clean and organized. The only downside is I do wish they sorted their clothing by size though but overall love it here!
