Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center - Blanding

As an avid thrift shopper I was super excited to check out this goodwill for the first time. My daughter and I took my grandson along and I must say, this place was so clean and well maintained, I wasn't at all worried bringing in our 6 week old baby. The staff was incredibly friendly, and there were so many options! We spent less than $100 and walked away with so many great items. We'll definitely be making this a weekly adventure!!!

I love dropping off my donations here because it's convenient and I'm here nearly every week donating and/or browsing. However, shopping is really hit or miss, mostly a miss. I have no idea who is pricing their stuff but it's way too high for donated items. I never fail to find at least two or more items priced higher than the original sticker still on the item. Today I counted five items priced like this. I am never going to pay $6.99 or up for a donated wood item or piece of glass. Today I saw a 5X7 frame listed for $6.99 that I know was maybe $2 at Walmart originally!! That's insanity and I can't imagine anyone paying that price. I understand the need to pay employees and overhead costs but it's gotten way out of control. Next time I'll remember to take some photos.

Looking for items for my Tourette’s Syndrome Awareness and I came across one of my vocal tics, I'm regularly repeating the word turtle 🐢 😀 what a great find. Everything we got was reasonably priced.
